Dr. Juan Aceves

General Practitioner – Microbiologist

Dr. Juan Aceves, is a certified general practitioner specializing in Microbiology, specifically Hormone Therapy. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), or Hormone Therapy (HT), is a treatment to replace declining hormones. Sometimes it’s used to treat or prevent certain medical conditions, such as treating symptoms of menopause in women, andropause in men, or patients with osteoporosis.

Recent studies are using Human Growth Hormones (HGH) in some remarkable ways. HGH is made by the pituitary gland, which is located in the center of the brain. Pituitary cells (called somatotropes) make HGH. Researchers have long noticed that peak HGH production coincides with the rapid growth phase of adolescence and helps maintain tissues and organs throughout life. HGH remains active in the bloodstream for only a few minutes, but that is long enough to stimulate its uptake to the liver where it is converted into growth factors. Beginning in middle age, however, the pituitary gland slowly reduces the amount of growth hormone it produces. This natural slowdown has triggered an interest in using synthetic human growth hormone (HGH) as a way to stave off some of the changes linked to aging, such as decreased muscle and bone mass.

Dr Aceves is also using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in his treatments. This is a glycoprotein hormone, normally secreted by the human placenta. Used in small doses HCG can aid in weight loss and can be a non surgical option for many.

A few of his specialties are:

  • Non Surgical Weight Loss (HCG)
  • "Fountain of Youth" Human Growth Hormone Therapy (HGH)
  • Anti Aging Hormone Replacement (HRT)
  • Hormone Therapy to aid with Menopause and Andropause (HT)

By increasing the levels of HGH in our bodies, we can slow, or even reverse, many of the manifestations of aging. It must be done carefully, though, and under medical supervision. Ideally, this HGH replacement should begin at about the age of 30 years, but HGH replacement can be beneficial at any age above 30. In fact, for older people, HGH therapy can reverse the manifestations of aging by 5 to 15 years or more. There is no other single therapy currently available that can have the impact on the aging body that HGH can have.
